Does the $50 deposit actually work? Won't patients refuse to pay it?

No. Our bilingual Treatment Setters handle all Spanish-language communication — calls, texts, and follow-ups. By the time a patient reaches your practice, they have been qualified, financially vetted, and booked with a $50 deposit. Your team conducts the consultation and presents treatment as they normally would. If translation is needed during the clinical visit, we can help coordinate that separately.

Most call centers use generic scripts and staff with no dental background. That’s a fundamentally different service.
