Does the $50 deposit actually work? Won't patients refuse to pay it?
It’s refundable if they show up. That framing matters. We’re asking for a small commitment that proves they’re serious — and most vetted leads have no issue with it. The ones who refuse were unlikely to show anyway. That’s exactly what the filter is for. The result: a 78% show-up rate versus below 50% industry average. Without a deposit, show rates drop to 30% or lower.
What if l've been burned by a call center or agency before?
Most call centers use generic scripts and staff with no dental background. That’s a fundamentally different service. Our Treatment Setters are former dental industry professionals who understand the clinical process, the financial conversation, and the patient psychology around full-arch. If your previous call center couldn’t speak intelligently about All-on-X, that’s why it didn’t work.
How does Treatment Setters work with my existing front desk?
Your front desk keeps doing what they do. Treatment Setters handles the full-arch lead pipeline separately. When a patient is vetted, booked, and deposit-confirmed, we hand them off to your treatment coordinator. Your front desk is never pulled away from their regular responsibilities.
What counts as a "vetted lead"?
We screen for financial readiness: income, credit, and ability to handle monthly payments. We also gauge intent. Are they ready to move forward, or just browsing? Only leads that pass vetting get booked on your calendar with a $50 deposit.
Can I see how leads are being handled?
Yes. You get visibility into call records, lead status, and pipeline progress. Recordings are available on request if you want to listen to specific calls.
